Payments

​

***There are no refunds given on any services or deposits.***

​

Payments may be paid in full or a 30% deposit may be paid to secure your appointment. The balance is to be paid at your first appointment.

​

Captivating Beauty Bar accepts cash and all major credit cards. Payment plans are available upon request, such as Afterpay and/or Cherry (pending approval).

​

Cancellations

​

If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may transfer your deposit or payment up to one time. After this reschedule, if another cancellation is made, a new deposit will be required.

​

Captivating Beauty Bar sessions are non-transferrable and are good up to six months after purchase.

​

If a package of sessions are purchased, they may not be divided amongst individuals, exchanged for products, or transferred to another person.

​

All service and package sales are final.

​

Arrival

​

We value your time and the time of all clients and do not want to inconvenience anyone. Please arrive five minutes before your appointment time. Late arrivals (10 minutes after scheduled appointment time) will result in a shortened treatment time, to ensure other client appointment times are respected.

Additional Guests and/or Children

​

Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes, brining additional individuals to your appointment is not allowed. This includes children. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand we cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment. Additionally, we do not want to compromise the experience of our other guests.

Cell Phones

​

To help preserve the peace and relaxing experience for yourself and other guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone or place on vibrate.
